Jacinta Caithness, Director of Caithness & Co Pty Ltd.

Jacinta has over 15 years experience in the retail industry, having worked with some of Australia's leading brands. She developed the franchise strategy and recruitment method for Boost Juice and Salsas at Retail Zoo, appointing over 160 franchisees nationwide over a 5 year period. Later, as CEO International and Board Member, she expanded the Boost business globally with the appointment of 18 Master Franchisees across 36 countries on 5 continents.

Jacinta has developed B2B channels for retail businesses to maximise growth opportunities, alongside the traditional retail store model. Jacinta continues to stun the retail industry, having won several awards - including AFR Boss Young Executive of the Year and Telstra Young Businesswoman of the Year.

Bruce McFarlane, Managing Partner, BlueRock Partners

Bruce is Managing Partner of BlueRock Partners with a practice specialising in Mergers & Acquisitions and Franchising.

Over the past decade, he has worked closely with businesses of all sizes that are growing by acquisition, franchise expansion or organic development to assist them find commercial solutions to legal challenges and problems.

 

Corina Vucic, Director at FC Business Solutions

After being involved in the franchise industry for more than 16 years in various roles, Corina now sits as the Director of FC Business Solutions.

She is always working towards keeping at the forefront of the franchise industry, even winning accredation as a Certified Franchise Executive (CFE) designation at the Annual Franchise Council of Australia (FCA) National Conference.

 

Tara Lordsmith, MD, Lordsmith & Co 

 

A marketing leader with 20+ years experience working on top tier leading brands across Marketing, Strategy, General Management and Sales roles. Currently MD of Lordsmith & Co which is a top tier marketing consultancy, advising medium to large businesses such as Tabcorp, IAG, Greenearth Energy, Berger Ingredients and Val Morgan on how to leverage marketing for business performance. 

Previously Group General Manager at Myer, which is Australia's largest department store and prior Board Director for Australian Marketing Institute (AMI). Tara has extensive experience in the FMCG industry having previously held leadership roles at Simplot Australia, Schweppes and Cadbury.
